A bit of news...

It is such a thrill to announce that I and the Brazilian author I've been translating, Állex Leilla, have signed with Foreshore Publishing in the UK to release her English-language debut, Springtime in the Bones, in September 2025. This project has been five years in the making, including a year spent working on it as an NEA Translation Fellow. With this announcement, the journey to seeing this novel in (English) print has suddenly taken a giant leap forward, and I can't wait to share it with you when it arrives.
